Right now farmers around the world are going hungry. Droughts, floods and other natural disasters caused by climate change are stopping them from growing enough food to feed their families and make a living.
The maker of Pringles and Corn Flakes doesn’t seem to care.
It doesn’t fully disclose most of its emissions, let alone set targets to reduce them. And it does business with companies that worsen climate change by burning down forests and over-using polluting fertilisers.
It doesn't have to be this way.
Thanks to Behind the Brands supporters, General Mills just committed to change its climate policies. Now if thousands more of us demand that Kellogg companies reduce their harmful emissions and call for other companies and governments to do the same, we could take the climate change out of our food.
